CrossFit Progress: Overhead Squat 3 Rep Max PR!

I hit a new PR doing overhead squats. I set my previous overhead squat 3 rep max back in July and today I passed it by 5 lb. bringing my new 3 rep max to 180 lb. All the work is starting to show and hopefully I can set a new 1 rep max in the coming weeks.
